In the role of team leader: in inheritances, you assume responsibility for a specialized team and are the central contact person for the regions of Winterthur and Oberland. Together, you ensure that our customers are optimally looked after in sensitive phases of life and can rely on our expertise.

Your tasks

• Lead and develop a team with 5 employees
• Advising clients on matrimonial property and inheritance law as well as adult protection law and drafting the necessary regulations such as wills, marriage and inheritance contracts, provision orders, etc.
• Management of executor mandates and inheritances on behalf of the heirs as well as assuming directorships of other employees
• Exploiting existing business potential thanks to needs-oriented and comprehensive advice
• Responsibility for the further development of inheritance services and active participation in projects
• Represent and represent the team internally and externally
• Act as central contact for the regions Winterthur and Oberland in all matters relating to inheritance
• Completed higher specialist training (law degree, notary or comparable training)
• Several years of professional and managerial experience in inheritance counselling and in the implementation of inheritance divisions, preferably with a financial service provider
• Very good knowledge of Swiss matrimonial property, inheritance and adult protection law as well as flair for complex issues
• High consulting competence in dealing with demanding customer situations and sensitive life phases
• Empathy, strong communication skills and joy in dealing with people set you apart
• With your winning, secure appearance, you motivate employees and lead them to success
• Very good knowledge of German in words and writing, as well as good knowledge of English, every other language is an advantage
