Their main tasks

• Reception of patients: inside and their relatives in the department
• Competent and communicative contact and information point for the department as well as receiving, processing and forwarding telephone calls
• Independent performance of administrative and organisational tasks
• Disposition of department beds in close cooperation with day-to-day responsibility
• Coordination with other services such as hospitality, cleaning etc.
• Responsible for ordering and maintaining medicines and consumables in cooperation with supply logistics
• Registration, coordination and organisation of patient examinations/transports
• Equipment management and creation / controlling of repair orders
• Creating various lists, protocols and other documents on delegation
• Specific assistance in care, e.g. medical and nursing services in the patient's room such as blood sampling, circulatory monitoring on delegation

Your profile

• Completed training as a health professional with experience in acute care
• You work independently and prioritized and have a good organizational talent
• You are a committed, flexible and resilient personality with a high level of social competence and appreciate multi-professional cooperation
• They take initiative, have assertive power and are resilient
• You have very good oral and written German skills as well as good knowledge of the MS Office program
