In this versatile and responsible function, you support and monitor all health, safety and environment (HSE) activities on the construction site.

- Your contractual place of work is our headquarters “Connect” in Opfikon.
- However, you will mainly work on one of our data center construction projects in the Zurich region.
- What tasks await you as Health & Safety Supervisor (m/f/d)?
- You promote and live a proactive security culture on our data center construction sites and ensure compliance with Implenia HSE standards, customer requirements and legal requirements
- You are regularly present on site, support our subcontractors in all security issues and ensure that defined HSE standards are consistently implemented
- You will conduct safety inspections, audits, inspections and hazard assessments, identify risks early and initiate appropriate corrective and prevention measures
- You coordinate and monitor the security performance of our subcontractors, check work permits, RAMS/WMS, security documentation and toolbox talks and accompany the corresponding processes
- You will investigate incidents and near-accidents, carry out root cause analyses, conduct daily HSE briefings and training, advise project participants and support the continuous development of our safety standards and processes Requirements What requirements do you bring as Health & Safety Supervisor (m/f/d)?
