Role overview
To complement our team, we are looking for you as team leader immediately or by agreement.
For a residential group with residents between the ages of 19 and 57, you are a responsible person with a lot of passion for the needs of the people entrusted to us.
The Wagerenhof Foundation (affectionately called “Wagi”) in Uster has been a permanent home for around 250 people with multiple cognitive impairments for more than 100 years and offers over 50 employees who need support accompanied jobs.
