Spitex Regio ZO is a progressive (non-profit) organization and provides professional and comprehensive needs-oriented care and support on behalf of the municipalities of Fehraltorf, Russikon and Weisslingen. Our goal is to enable sick, impaired or reconvicted people of all ages to live a self-determined life at home.

These tasks await you

• Basic and treatment care in stable client situations
• Assignments in complex client situations with the support of a nurse
• Need- and situation-appropriate care services based on care planning, according to competencies and professional application criteria
• Keeping a meaningful maintenance documentation
• Needs assessment by means of home economic assessment
• Need and situational support in the area of living environment and everyday life in simple and complex situations
• Budget management taking into account the resources of the clients according to economic aspects
• Support for preservation and promotion, or regaining individual skills with the involvement of our clients’ resources
• Independent and delegated administrative activities
• Interdisciplinary cooperation within the organization

We want you to

• Completed training as a health care professional EFZ or care professional EFZ with further training in treatment care (medical technology)
• Practical professional experience, preferably in a Spitex organization
• High client and service orientation
• High communication, self- and social competence
• Resilient, innovative and flexible personality
• Computer science user knowledge is beneficial
• Category B driving licence (mandatory)

Portrait As of January 1, 2014, Spitex Regio ZO emerged from the merger of three independent Spitex associations. We now look after an area of 44 km2 with around 14,000 inhabitants.

Benefits

• Paid breaks: From 4 hours of use You have a 15 minute paid break.
• Free drinks: We offer you 2 "Kafi" or 2 "tees" per day. You can also taste a fruit every day.
• Holidays Plus: 5 weeks to 49 years; 6 weeks from 50 years; 7 weeks from 60 years
• Provision Plus: We take over 60% of the contributions to the pension fund. You have the choice between 3 different savings plans, which you can choose every year. The coordination deduction will be adjusted according to your employment level.
• Social Security Plus: We have taken out a medical day allowance insurance for you and pay half of the premium. We also cover half of the premium for non-occupational accident insurance (NBU).

• Compensation work route: CHF 0.80 / business kilometres travelled by private train.
• Allowances / expenses: Monday - Friday from 20:00 to 22:00 as well as Saturday and Sunday full day: CHF 5.75/h. Various piquette damages between CHF 20.- and 40.-
• Private use: We offer you various ways of getting around (4 Spitex cars, e-bikes, e-treottis).
• Intermediation Premium: If you recommend us as an attractive employer, you will receive a premium of CHF 1'000 if you successfully place new employees. -
• Occupational clothing: We provide you with the professional clothing (apron, T-shirt, softshell jacket) and rucksack. The clothes will be washed and ironed for you.
• Gifts: After completing the 10th year of service and every 5 years thereafter, we will pay you an additional monthly wage.
