You represent the interests of SBB at the event location vis-à-vis blue light organizations, authorities and internal services.
The planning and implementation of measures to promote personnel motivation as well as the active design of the change process among employees and in the organization are also part of your area of responsibility.
Operational and leadership experience from blue light organizations, civil protection or army are required for this position.
