Does the prospect of shaping demanding real estate transactions and actively driving the development of a portfolio worth over CHF 14 billion motivate you? Would you like to lead an experienced team, identify market opportunities early and convincingly advocate strategic investment decisions?

Zurich Invest AG manages around 500 directly held properties in various investment vehicles. As Head Transactions Real Estate, you are responsible, together with your team, for all acquisitions and divestments of our Swiss real estate portfolios. As a member of the Real Estate management team, you will shape the sustainable growth of our investment vehicles through your market knowledge, network and negotiating skills.

What you can expect

• You are responsible for identifying, prioritizing and implementing real estate acquisitions and disposals across all types of use.
• You manage complex individual and portfolio transactions, lead due diligence processes and confidently guide internal and external specialists through the entire process.
• You lead and develop a team of five experienced Transaction Managers and foster performance-oriented, collegial collaboration.
• You prepare well-founded investment proposals and present them convincingly to Investment Committees, Executive Management and Boards of Trustees.
• You continue to expand our network throughout Switzerland, systematically monitor the market and translate trends and opportunities into concrete transactions and growth initiatives.

What sets you apart

• University degree in real estate economics, architecture, engineering, business administration, finance or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in institutional real estate investment and transaction management, with a proven track record in acquisitions and disposals.
• In-depth knowledge of the Swiss real estate market, real estate valuation and the execution of complex transactions.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, results orientation and strong negotiation skills when dealing with various stakeholders.
• Very good command of German, French and English.

• Part-time or full-time: 80 - 100%
• Work location: Oerlikon, Zürich
• Start date: January 1, 2027, or by agreement
• Travel: up to 20% per year
• Hybrid working: up to 40%
