Main responsibilities
- Head of the Finance Team Smile
- Responsible for the management and further development of management reporting at Smile
- Responsible for the proper accounting of Versicherungstechnik Smile in the secondary book as well as its preparation and delivery to the general ledger for the quarterly and annual accounts of Helvetia
- Professional responsibility for all payment and financial processes of Smile
- Optimize and develop processes in management reporting and accounting
- Preparation of projections (budget, forecast, strategic planning) for the Group including their commentary to the management of Helvetia Switzerland
- In-depth analyses for management and business owners Management and participation in projects Requirements Several years of leadership experience
- Eidg.
- Financial, accounting or similar training card
- Experience in financial analysis and interpretation of financial KPIs in the insurance industry
