Role overview
Assuming overall responsibility for the UKEA department with the areas of communication systems, weapons systems and technical systems in the ALC-H area
Responsible for the technical and personnel management of four directly subordinate employees including recruitment, development, performance evaluation and deployment planning
Responsible for technical management and monitoring of all maintenance, maintenance and repair processes in the responsible areas

Company and context
- Strategic development of the department in the areas of organization, processes, technologies and resource use responsible
- Vocational apprenticeship in the multimedia, computer or electronics sector, as a mechanic or related profession
- Further training at the level of higher vocational training in the technical field as well as supplementary qualifications in IT, telematics or communication systems, ideally related to safety-relevant or complex technical systems, or further training in leadership management (leadership), or further training in business administration as well as in project and process management
- Responsible leadership with a focus on safety and quality, including your own experience in managing a larger team (ideally in a decentralized organization with multiple locations)
