- It facilitates coordination between the various internal entities and the Directorate, ensuring rigorous, confidential and effective management of the Branch's information and decisions.
- Following the retirement announcement of the current incumbent, we are looking for one or one: Head of the General Secretariat of the BCV Your main tasks
- Steering and coordinating weekly meetings of the Directorate General: preparation of meetings, organization, verbatim reporting, transmission of decisions, retention of documents
- Ensuring a fluid and structured relationship between the Directorate-General and the Bank's departments and with subsidiaries
- To be the internal entry point of FINMA, the Ombudsman and the band's umbrella organizations; coordinating the professional relationship
- Oversee the Branch secretariat team: human resources, organization, communication and data security, among others
- Assist the CEO in ad hoc missions, follow up on specific files
- Acting as an alternate or alternate to the Secretary of the Board of Directors, in his absence Your profile
