- As part of sales and market management, the Business Management & Communications team supports the smooth and efficient management of the business unit, assuming responsibility for infrastructure and organizational projects, in the conception and deployment planning training of our young talents and the design of communication.
- After the previous team management has successfully built and established the team, we are looking for a leadership-strong successor that drives the further development of the team. Your tasks
- Ensure smooth and efficient management of the private customer business unit
- Organising and implementing the business unit’s management bodies and vessels
- Assuming responsibility for infrastructure and organizational projects
- Co-shaping the conception and operational planning for a high-quality, future-oriented training of young talents
- Characterize and implement the communication of the business unit
- Very good work organization and a strong ability to continuously increase efficiency and effectiveness in recurring tasks
