Gastronomy at ZHAW Winterthur is part of the Zurich University of Applied Sciences. The gastronomy in Winterthur consists of the Restaurant Grüner Saal, the Cafeteria Mäander, the Mensa St. Georgen, the Mensa and Cafeteria Eulachpassage, the Cafeteria Funnel Hall, the Cafeteria Chez Adeline and the University Library. • Support in the management and organization of the entire kitchen area in cooperation with the chef:

• 8 years of professional experience in gastronomy / hotel industry
