Company and context
- Management of the specialist office with professional responsibility at the locations in Zurich and Lucerne, personnel management, quality management, organization and further development
- Communication internally and with partner organisations (in particular Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany)
- Professional responsibility for specialist diagnostics, treatment and risk management
- Planning and implementation of public relations work within the framework of the various projects (advertising / media work / internal & external training and further development / expansion)
- Performing own tort-preventive treatments per order Personnel management & development
- Completed psychotherapeutic training (Federal recognition) or specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy
- Specialization in forensic psychiatry psychotherapy and/or sex therapy
- Experience in the treatment of people with sexual disorders (especially paraphilias) and comorbid disorders
- Team-oriented and interprofessional action as well as good communication skills
- High commitment with interest in prevention work
