- Responsible for the strategic development of the tobacco and nicotine products category, designing forward-looking concepts and effectively sharpening their positioning.

Main responsibilities

- Responsible for and actively control the achievement of targets within the budget.
- Take over the leadership of a team of four, act as a coach and actively promote the further development of employees.
- Take overall responsibility for negotiations and ensure the sustainable further development of the supplier portfolio.
- Promote close cooperation with internal interfaces such as marketing, quality management, marketing, sales and logistics. Requirements
- min. 5 years of professional experience: proof of performance from a comparable leadership position in category management in the Swiss or European retail trade
- Bachelor's degree (university, university of applied sciences): in business administration or comparable studies
- Several years of profound experience in product and category management, in-depth expertise in the product group tobacco and nicotine products as well as experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry
- Entrepreneurial and networked overall understanding
