- You accompany executives along the Employee Lifecycle, develop P&C strategies and measures in line with company goals and shape change processes.

Main responsibilities
- You accompany executives along the Employee Lifecycle, develop P&C strategies and measures in line with company goals and shape change processes.
- You recognize trends early and derive concrete recommendations for action.
- You will support complex personnel law and employment law issues and promote a constructive, appreciative and solution-oriented management culture.
- You lead the People & Culture team professionally and in terms of personnel and promote an open, trusting team culture.
- You prioritize and coordinate P&C topics, coach your team in its development and ensure a high quality of HR work.
- You will accompany challenging employee relations topics such as conflicts and separation processes.
- You lead HR projects, develop processes, systems and offers and drive the further development of our HR processes and standards.
- You lead the entire recruitment area and make sure that we can recruit suitable candidates for WePractice.
- You actively participate in the recruitment process and regularly conduct interviews with suitable candidates:
- You work closely with the management and internal stakeholders as well as external partners, bring in ideas, question what already exists and contribute to concrete offers and concepts in order to continuously develop WePractice. Requirements
