- Management and further development of the operational lean team with a clear OPEX orientation
- Control and implementation of improvement initiatives to sustainably increase efficiency, quality and productivity
- Knowledge of IT tools such as SAP and Office 365 (Power Apps, Planner, Power Automate) etc. Six Sigma DMAIC previous knowledge Analytical and networked way of thinking Flair for numbers German (fluent) Cosa offriamo
Main responsibilities
- Management and further development of the operational lean team with a clear OPEX orientation
- Control and implementation of improvement initiatives to sustainably increase efficiency, quality and productivity
- Further development of the lean management system (e.g. shop floor management, KPI logic, problem-solving routines, 5S, standards)
- Responsibility for structured improvement projects including Six Sigma / DMAIC (analysis, implementation, stabilization, impact measurement)
- Coaching of managers and teams in the company (from team leaders to operations managers) to anchor lean principles in everyday management
- Conception and implementation of training, workshops and Kaizen formats to ensure knowledge transfer
- Ensuring measurable results (e.g.
- OEE, output, scrap, disruptions, set-up times) and establishing transparent performance control
- Active participation in reporting, incl. Provision of relevant data and key figures
- Collaboration across locations with other companies to harmonize standards and best practices Requirements
