Main responsibilities
- You lead the department in accordance with the performance mandate and objectives in collaboration with the department management and the other team leaders.
- You will be responsible for several employees from different professional groups on the nursing team.
- You are responsible for implementing efficient, effective and appropriate care, taking the general conditions into account.
- Together with the department head, you are also responsible for coordinating and planning the processes in the department.
