For the Tertianum Neuhegi in Winterthur we are looking for an agreement
Head of Care and Care 100%
Their tasks
- Responsibility for the quality of care, resident safety and the implementation of the service mandate and care processes
- Leadership and development of eight team leaders (day, night care and activation), the deputy LPB, the care expert and the RAI specialists as well as overall responsibility for around 100 employees
- Further development of the care and support area with 121 nursing rooms at one of the largest locations of the Tertianum Group
- Controlling quality and productivity (bed occupancy, performance recording in the CareCoach)
- Responsibility for compliance with budgetary requirements and achievement of objectives of the area
- Coordination and cooperation with the various stakeholders (members, family doctors, organisations, institutions and insurance companies)
- Responsibility for recruitment and further development of employees
- Close cooperation with the management, with the perspective of taking over the deputy management after successful training
Your profile
- Completed training as a dipl. Nurse FH/HF/DN II or equivalent training recognised by the SRC
- Several years of proven leadership experience with a large management span as well as experience in the management and development of team leadership
- High quality awareness as well as pronounced process and digitalization affinity
- Enjoy working with digital work and leadership tools as well as optimizing existing processes
- Dynamic, ambitious and entrepreneurial personality with a high level of initiative and creative will
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method, even in a demanding and dynamic environment
- A warm and open basic attitude
- High empathy and strong teamwork, combined with clarity and assertiveness in leadership
