Are you motivated by the idea of actively shaping the strategic development of our life business and ensuring that measurable results are achieved from ambitious goals?

In this key role, you are responsible for the successful implementation of various strategic initiatives in the life insurance business of Zurich Switzerland. You combine strategic thinking with consistent implementation, create transparency about progress and impact and work closely with the management team as well as other experienced stakeholders and the Zurich Senior Leadership Team in Switzerland.

This is what awaits you

• You are responsible for the implementation of strategic initiatives in the life sector, from prioritization and planning to sustainable implementation.
• You develop an overarching implementation roadmap, coordinate dependencies and ensure consistent tracking of the agreed measures.
• You establish effective project governance and create transparency about progress, risks and goal achievement.
• You act as a strategic sparring partner for the management team and develop appropriate decision-making bases for top management.
• You control cross-divisional stakeholders and ensure that strategic priorities are translated into measurable results and anchored sustainably.

This sets you apart

• Several years of experience in a senior strategy, transformation or program management function, ideally in the insurance, pension or financial services environment
• Demonstrate experience in the successful implementation of complex, cross-divisional strategy and transformation initiatives, preferably at a leading strategy consultancy
• Strong strategic, analytical and conceptual skills as well as the ability to translate complex topics into concrete recommendations for action
• Very good stakeholder management skills and security in working with senior and executive stakeholders
• High initiative, implementation strength and clear communication as well as very good knowledge of German and English
