Tasks
- Operational overall responsibility for the secure, stable and economical operation as well as the further development of our basic ICT services – from data center, network, server, storage and backup to workplace to Microsoft 365 and security
- Professional and personnel management of ICT system administrators (three people) as well as resource and maintenance planning
- Active participation in engineering and operations: configuring servers and services, troubleshooting and escalations, patching, releases, maintenance windows and restore and recovery tests
- Further development of our Microsoft 365 and cloud platform with focus on Entra ID, Conditional Access, Purview, Copilot and Identity & Access
- Management of strategic ICT partners and suppliers including SLA/KPI, contracts, licenses, lifecycle, cost management and participation in budget planning
- Management and coordination of technical infrastructure projects and changes as well as ensuring architecture, documentation, monitoring, availability and business continuity
- Continuous development of operational processes, standards, service quality and knowledge transfer
Requirements
- Completed training as computer scientist or equivalent qualification and higher specialist training HF/FH, ed. technical card or comparable training in computer science or Business informatics
- Several years of professional experience in ICT infrastructure and operations as well as managerial experience
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows Server/AD/GPO, Virtualization, Storage/Backup, Network/Security, Workplace/MDM and Monitoring
