- As a sparring partner for management, executives and employees, you advise on strategic, conceptual and operational HR and leadership issues and accompanying change and organizational development processes.
- As a member of the management team, you will help shape the strategic development of the Zentralbahn and develop the management and corporate culture as well as employer attractiveness in a future-oriented manner.
