Their tasks They bear overall responsibility for the human resources management of around 1000 employees of Clienia Schlössli AG and Clienia Bergheim AG. Together with your team of four, you will ensure modern, professional and service-oriented HR management. As a member of the divisional management, you are an important contact person and competent sparring partner for managers and employees in all personnel-related and employment-law issues.

Her other priorities include

• You will continuously develop our HR strategy and HR processes and implement them effectively together with your team.
• They strengthen our employer branding and position Clienia as an attractive and future-oriented employer.
• You accompany and shape group-wide HR projects, promote the standardization and further development of HR processes and actively contribute your professional expertise. Together with your team, you implement these HR topics effectively in the organization and thus create sustainable added value for managers and employees.
• You are an active member of the HR Committee and make an important contribution to the further development of group-wide HR work in close cooperation with the other clinics of the Clienia Group. They help ensure that uniform standards are developed and implemented.
• You are also happy to work regularly and together with your team ensure the basic services of the HR services.

Your profile They have at least five years of qualified HR experience in the healthcare sector of German-speaking Switzerland as well as proven many years of management and consulting experience. Ideally, you know psychiatry and have already led a small, generalist HR team. In addition, you will bring a recognised HR specialist qualification and further training at FH, MAS, MBA or comparable level. They are expert in the central operational HR topics and have a good understanding of economic contexts. As a leader, you convince through empathy, integrity, clarity and the ability to conflict. They combine strategic thinking with a high level of implementation and communicate at eye level with different professional groups, strengthen the personal responsibility of the managers and make comprehensible and clear decisions even in challenging situations.
