Company and context
- As part of our newly established Health & Safety team, you will have the opportunity to actively shape the function, contribute your expertise, and help drive the successful implementation of health and safety initiatives across the organization. Your Mission
- Advise and support senior management, department managers, and team leaders on all matters relating to occupational health and safety.
- Coordinate the Health & Safety team and work closely with stakeholders across the organization to foster and sustain a strong safety culture.
- Communicate health and safety topics effectively and enhance the visibility and awareness of occupational health and safety throughout the organization.
- Drive the continuous improvement of workplace health and safety by proactively identifying and advancing key safety initiatives.
- Lead and implement your own occupational health and safety projects.
- Liaise with external consultants, industry associations, and regulatory authorities on occupational health and safety matters.
- Plan and conduct regular health and safety audits.
- Take responsibility for developing and delivering Health & Safety training programs and employee safety briefings.
