Key requirements
- Esprit d'équipe et plusieurs années d'expérience pratique dans la fabrication d'offres audiovisuelles
- Allemand et français à un niveau professionnel, condition impérative : l'une des deux langues est votre langue maternelle, l'autre est maîtrisée au minimum au niveau B2. L'italien et/ou le romanche constituent un atout important
- Solides compétences en matière de réseau et de relations par-delà les frontières organisationnelles et linguistiques, grande disponibilité à voyager ainsi qu'une conception du leadership à distance
- Esprit d'entreprise, associé à la capacité de voir l'ensemble et d'agir de manière créative, persévérante et pragmatique
- Grande résistance au stress et disponibilité à travailler selon des horaires irréguliers, y compris le week-end
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, forte affinité avec les technologies liées aux médias, sens de la négociation et grande capacité à établir des priorités
