- Management of the overall mobility department with a total of ten employees as well as their professional, personnel and organizational development
- Responsibility for the strategic overall transport planning of the Canton of Zurich and management of important planning projects such as agglomeration programmes, regional overall transport concepts and regional planning
- Representation of the canton’s overall transport interests in directional, usage and planning procedures as well as towards administration, politics and external stakeholders
- Participation in the management of the Office for Mobility and co-responsibility for its strategic development Our requirements
- University degree (master or doctorate) in transport planning, spatial planning, civil engineering or a comparable specialisation
- Several years of professional and managerial experience, ideally in the transport or spatial planning environment as well as a strong understanding of political and administrative processes
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills as well as pleasure in working with different stakeholders
- Networked and analytical thinking, high level of initiative and assertiveness
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing;
