- You will lead the project and quality management, architecture & engineering, platform & operations and data & analytics teams professionally and in personnel
- You are responsible for the stability, security, scalability and cost effectiveness of the platforms and services
Main responsibilities
- You will lead the project and quality management, architecture & engineering, platform & operations and data & analytics teams professionally and in personnel
- You are responsible for the stability, security, scalability and cost effectiveness of the platforms and services
- You will continuously develop an ITIL-4 compatible service model with clear KPIs and establish a high quality of service
- You drive end-to-end automation and reduce technical debt and dependencies on individual technologies and vendors
- You anchor security-by-design, architecture principles and quality standards across all areas
- You are responsible for resource, budget and supplier management and ensure efficient end-to-end supply chains
- Strengthen the company’s data and analytics capabilities and promote the use of modern platform and cloud services
- You work closely with Digital & Business Services and position your area as a reliable platform and enabling partner Requirements
- You have a university degree in business, business informatics, engineering or a comparable education
- You bring several years of leadership and practical experience in the areas of IT infrastructure, platforms, engineering or operations
