- You lead and develop employees, ensure a high-quality and reliable school operation and are responsible for human and financial resources.
- At the same time, you develop the educational offers together with the stakeholders of vocational training and maintain cooperation with associations, companies, ÜK centres and other partners.
- As a member of the extended school management, you are also actively involved in the development of the TBZ.
- You have several years of teaching and leadership experience at secondary level II as well as a completed university degree in a field relevant to automotive technology or general education.
- You have already completed a school management training or are ready to complete it in a timely manner. A good network in the automotive industry is an advantage.
- We are looking for an honest and decisive personality with strong leadership, communication and cooperation skills.
- They know how to lead people, bring different interests together and implement change in a targeted manner.
