In order to strengthen our catering team, we are looking for a Production Manager to manage culinary production and supervise the kitchen teams. Your missions
Attached to the Chef de Cuisine, you guarantee the proper functioning of production, the quality of the culinary services and the respect of hygiene and safety standards.

- Technical expertise Cookery CFC or equivalent Federal chef's certificate
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in an equivalent position

- Minimum 5 years of work experience in an equivalent position
- Confirmed experience in coaching and team management
- Experience in the training and monitoring of apprentices
- Excellent mastery of HACCP standards and food hygiene rules
- Good control of common computer tools (Suite Office) Human skills
- Unifying leadership and ability to mobilize a team
