You take over the leadership of our cleaning team during the night shift and ensure that our facilities meet the highest hygiene standards. Tasks

• You lead and coordinate 29 cleaning employees at two production sites
• Checking and monitoring the hygiene status of production facilities and ensuring hygiene standards
• You plan, coordinate and control the daily and periodic cleaning work
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, hygiene plans and operating regulations
• Optimization of the use of cleaning chemistry, water and personnel
• You accompany the commissioning of new plants and ensure compliance with cleaning requirements
• Carry out microbiological and chemical controls and take appropriate measures in case of deviations
• You are responsible for the cleaning budget and ensure an economical use of the available resources

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in cleaning, ideally in the food industry or comparable industry
• At least 2 years of leadership experience and the ability to motivate and lead employees in a goal-oriented manner
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Safe handling of MS Office
• Teamwork and enjoyment of working together in a multicultural environment
• An own vehicle, as this is absolutely necessary for the exercise of the function
• Readiness for regular night work as well as day and weekend assignments
• You convince through motivation, initiative and reliability.
