Full description

We are looking for tasks for our nursing directorate from November 1, 2026 or by agreement:

• Strategic and professional development of nursing, in close collaboration with the nursing director
• Development, implementation and monitoring of standards and nursing guidelines
• Nursing leadership and ensuring evidence-based, patient- and result-oriented nursing practice
• Collaboration, management, planning and implementation of nursing and interprofessional projects and working groups
• Concept development, among other things, in collaboration with quality management
• Implementation or participation of internal and external audits and certifications
• Direct leadership and coaching of nursing experts Requirements:
• Master of Science in Nursing (MScN), as well as several years of experience as a nursing expert in the acute sector
• Sound knowledge of evidence-based care as well as quality and care development and clinical process optimization
• Proven experience in project and process management
• Strategic thinking, strong organizational skills and experience in interdisciplinary collaboration
• Strong social skills, high communication skills, leadership skills and
• Leadership skills, independence and personal responsibility
