Balgrist University Hospital is one of the most renowned orthopaedic clinics in Switzerland with international recognition. An affiliated center for paraplegia. For our nursing service, education is much more than accompanying trainees. It is a central key to the quality and further development of our care. Anyone who helps shape education with us also shapes the care of tomorrow.To complement our training team, we are looking for a Tasks: • Co-responsibility for the overall implementation of the training programs in the area of care: University of Applied Sciences FH, Higher School of Applied Sciences HF and specialist women / health specialists (FaGe) in compliance with the legal requirements • Planning responsibility across all educational programmes, approximately 65 apprentices • Representation of Head Education Care at internal and external meetings and events • Participation in the qualification process of the courses Care HF and FaGe • Co-responsibility for training • Assumption of learning support at the patient bed in the absence of trainee care • Performation of hospitations • Ensuring the quality of education and development of related concepts and tools in cooperation with the Education Management Requirements • You have completed training as a dipl. Nursing professional FH/HF, optimal with several years of professional experience in orthopaedics and/or paraplegiology • You have the oath.
