With the introduction of the day school in August 26, our care offer and the number of children to be cared for have grown - that is why we are expanding our management team with an additional co-management care. The 60% position is divided into 40% management and 20% management as of 1 January 2027 with active participation in the supervision.

Tasks

• Together with your two job partners, you take on operational, pedagogical and personnel responsibility for the care area and actively shape the further development of the Untermoos Day School.
• They guide and accompany the assigned employees, promote their professional development and ensure an appreciative and constructive cooperation.
• They take on organizational and administrative tasks and work closely with the school management, the support team and other specialist departments.
• They work actively on two lunches in the care and support the team in the operative process of the day.
• From Augsut 27/28 you plan, organize and coordinate as a leisure responsible person of the project «BeFrei» together with the support team.

Profile

• degree as a social pedagoguein FH or HFS; or Social worker in FH or a recognised leadership training or the willingness to complete such
• Experience in supplementary school care, pleasure in guiding, accompanying and supporting employees in their development.
• Team ability both in close cooperation as co-leader of support, as well as as team member in support
• Resilience, flexibility and calm in challenging situations.
• Good digital skills, efficient and reliable working methods for common IT applications.
