- Successfully completed university degree in civil engineering combined with proven expertise in railway construction and/or national road construction

Key requirements
- Successfully completed university degree in civil engineering combined with proven expertise in railway construction and/or national road construction
- They have a strategic mindset and are able to quickly grasp complex situations, make difficult decisions and identify business opportunities within and outside of their own functional area.
- Many years of experience in project management in railway and/or road infrastructure projects, supplemented by management responsibility
- Established network in the industry as well as valued personality among customers and partners
- Professional appearance as well as solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking
- Leadership and communication skills for the dedicated leadership of a larger department
- Flowing German and good English skills (verbal and written)
