The canteen of the Pedagogical University of Zurich, located directly at Zurich Central Station, offers space for 340 guests and an additional 100 seats in the courtyard in summer.
In addition to the 650 foods, which are produced daily, numerous aperos, banquets and seminar meals with up to 500 people are carried out.
In addition, the ZHAW cafeteria located on the site as well as the gastronomy of the Business School Zurich and the Bistro Sihlhof are provided with an attractive catering offer.

- Daily planning & coordination with Stv.
- Offering and invoicing as well as independent planning and execution of events, banquets and events incl. Preparation and post-processing
- Welcome, service and care of guests incl. Ensuring guest and staff satisfaction Deployment planning of employees in E3
- Active cooperation and support of the service team in day-to-day business Active participation in price and offer
- Co-responsibility for the monthly inventory and for ordering F&B and non-food items Completion of various administrative tasks
- Conduct daily briefings and debriefings as well as participation in team and cadre meetings Organisation and conduct of training
