• Ensure the availability of systems and equipment as the main responsible dispatcher for the aircrew equipment and parachute jumping service

• Responsible for demand planning and data maintenance of disposition and distribution data

• Advise on the stockpiling strategy, define the warehouse ranges and optimize warehouse handling

• Ensure the flow of information for system management, purchasing and item managers

• Conduct, assess and evaluate tests as technical officer for the material and operational competence centre

• Ensure up-to-date maintenance regulations, maintenance certificates and spare parts catalogues

• Completed vocational training EFZ (logistics, technology, commercial) with further training in the field of logistics / material management / disposition etc.

• Generalist with professional experience and technical flair

• Sound SAP knowledge, preferably in the areas of warehouse management / scheduling / order management

• Responsible, team- and customer-oriented, independent and exact working method

• A positive personal safety check is a prerequisite

• Knowledge of a second official language and good knowledge of English (level B1)
