Do you like working with people? Would you like to work immediately with our education team for the nursing professions?
Tasks
- They create learning situations for the trainees, guide them in the departments, document the learning process, provide feedback and assess them verbally and in writing.
- They plan and coordinate the learning accompaniments independently and work with the trainees also in shift work or on weekends.
- They are involved in further developing the training of nursing professions in the company and are jointly responsible for the implementation of the training concept.
- They communicate openly and transparently in our education team and care teams and play an important role in the leadership triangle.
- They deal with developments in care, incorporate innovations in practical activity and actively participate in change processes.
Profile
- Joy of working with learners and students
- Willingness to develop and shape change processes
- Experience in group guidance
- Completed training as a nurse HF with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad, some years of professional experience and good communication skills (written and oral)
- A recognised further education in the pedagogical field (at least SVEB 1)
