Role overview
As a Guest Relations Manager (GRM), you can prove your high level of service awareness in dealing with our inpatients with supplementary insurance on a daily basis.
You act as a central contact between our patients and the various clinics at the USZ.

- You are the contact person for non-medical needs of privately and semi-privately insured patients with regard to their concerns, wishes and feedback.
- In addition, you will look after additional insured persons before, during and after their stay at the USZ (including contact, welcome, farewell, care at the bed station, escort and luggage transport in our house).
Main responsibilities

- A completed study or training in the service sector, e.g. tourism or hotel sector, is an ideal basis for this interesting task.
- Impeccable German and good English skills are a prerequisite.
- As a solution-oriented, committed and empathetic personality, you can work independently as well as in a team.
- We work from Monday to Friday in two shifts: 1st shift: 6:00 – 15:00, 2nd shift: 8:00 – 17:00.
- Together with the International Office, we are an 11-strong team that appreciates the varied tasks and the humorous interaction with each other.
