Job description Would you like to take on a central role in the further development of our cross-functional collaboration between nursing and patient services? In this key position, you will actively shape efficient processes, high service quality and patient-centered care. Your tasks
• Professional management of a cross-departmental team (nursing assistants SRK / nursing assistants)
• Ensuring a high quality of service and care in the patient-related area
• Coordinating and optimizing interfaces between nursing, the hotel industry and other services
• Participation in day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth processes
• Planning and further development of deployment and resource structures
• Promotion, development and support of employees
• Participation in projects for continuous process and quality improvement Qualifications
• Completed training in Healthcare or hotel industry (e.g. nursing, hotel management school, etc.)
• Several years of professional experience in the hotel industry, ideally in a hospital environment
• Proven leadership experience (e.g. group management, team management)
• Strong organizational skills and networked thinking
• High service orientation and enjoy dealing with patients and employees
• Resilient, flexible and solution-oriented personality
• Very good knowledge of German and English, French is an advantage Additional information
