Do you like to work with people? You would like to work as a group leader with our nursing team for the Herzogenmühle Health Centre as of now or by appointment?
Tasks
- They take over the professional, personnel and organizational management of the nursing team.
- You actively work in direct care and take the lead in complex and unstable situations, about 20% is available for administrative management tasks.
- They manage the care reports and bear co-responsibility for the correct performance recording of our residents (1981-Doc & RAI-NH).
- They actively shape the further development of the care area, bring new ideas and enable employees in the professional handling of challenging situations.
- They coordinate and conduct the doctor's visits and ensure interprof-essional cooperation.
Profile
- Empathic and assertive leadership with exact working methods and multi-year professional experience in care and care, preferably in the long-term
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (HF/FH/Daniel with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad), ideally with a completed management training
- Self-employment, resilience and high standards of the quality of care and care for our residents
- A high level of responsibility, excellent German language skills in word and writing and excellent communication skills
- Willingness and opportunity to work in different services and on weekends

The annual salary for this function is between Fr. 93'838.– and Fr. 125'386.– (100%) depending on experience.
