For our base Seebach in the district of North 2, we are looking for a group leader for the care and maintenance of the cemetery and parks.

Tasks

• They organize, coordinate and plan work in the assigned work area
• They independently carry out demanding care and maintenance work (planting, seeding, cutting and mowing work, plant nutrition, plant protection, plant use). In addition, you ensure the quality in the areas assigned to you, taking into account the natural care goals
• They participate in maintenance, maintenance and cleaning work on machines, tools and infrastructure and dispose of machines and materials
• They are responsible for the professional management of a group of about 3-5 employees and help with the training of learners

Profile

• Completed training as a gardener with several years of experience as a customer gardener in the maintenance of demanding green areas; ideally with professional training (e.g. customer gardener, foremen, cemetery specialist at Jardin Suisse or equivalent) or the willingness to complete it
• Experience in the professional management of employees
• Independent and team-capable personality with a service-oriented working method
• Ticket Cat. B is a mandatory requirement
• Verified in MS-Office

Their gross annual wage is between 76'000.00 and 89'000.00 francs (100% expense). Their effective wage may differ from this wage range depending on experience and skills.
