In our interdisciplinary ambulatory, we combine the fields of cardiology, vascular surgery, immunology, nephrology, traumatology, visceral surgery, plastic surgery and thoracic surgery. We work with a state-of-the-art and process-oriented infrastructure in an extremely dynamic and innovative environment. >The University Hospital Zurich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland. Our more than 8,600 employees and around 700 trainees work every day for the well-being of our patients.

Tasks

• As a group leader, you work closely with the department head. At eye level, you support each other and take on various management tasks in the human resources area (recruitment, personnel planning, support for new employees, promotion of team development).
• In order to keep your specialist knowledge up-to-date, you work as a medical practice assistant or specialist health / health professional actively in the everyday life of our versatile ambulatorium. Our working hours are between Monday and Friday from 7.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
• Do you not have leadership experience yet? Then you are still very welcome. Above all, it is important to us that you bring a large portion of motivation and interest. The experienced and professionally experienced head of department will gladly accompany you in the new role.
