- Technical Leadership: Inspire engineering teams to build and deploy complex software solutions, focusing on architectural modernization through Machine Learning (ML) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- AI-First Development: Advocate an AI-centric approach by collaborating cross-functionally to define robust evaluations and measure the ongoing quality of AI-powered features.
- Execution and Visibility: Manage feature backlogs, prioritize team workloads, and act as the primary representative of the team's work to Director+ executives.
