In the area of personal insurance, we are looking for a group leader (80 to 100%) with a place of work in Wankdorf to strengthen the team's sick day allowance.

- You train your employees (8-10 people) and ensure the correct application of the processing guidelines
- You plan, organize and control the handling of your team’s performance cases and actively participate in improving and simplifying processes
- You independently and proactively handle a part of the claims of your own customer portfolio (from the opening, in close cooperation with the trusted doctors and our care managers)
- You maintain regular contacts with partners, insured persons, employers and service providers your profile:
- Professional certificate in insurance or equivalent education
- Proven and in-depth experience in the field of day sickness benefits
- Leader with experience in team leadership and decision-making Very good knowledge of German Knowledge of French is an advantage
