Role overview
To strengthen our team in the production of active ingredients, we are looking for a shift manager (chemist, pharmaceutical technician, chemical and pharmaceutical technologist or comparable training) by arrangement in shift operation (a) 6/4, early/late/night shift.

Your tasks You lead a shift team.

- Completed training as a chemical technician, pharmaceutical technician, chemical and pharmaceutical technologist or comparable training and several years of experience in the production area Further training in the chemical and pharmaceutical sector, e.g. industrial foreman or technician or comparable qualification is advantageous.
- A strong sense of people and very good communication skills (ideally, previous experience in personnel management).
Key requirements
- Completed training as a chemical technician, pharmaceutical technician, chemical and pharmaceutical technologist or comparable training and several years of experience in the production area Further training in the chemical and pharmaceutical sector, e.g. industrial foreman or technician or comparable qualification is advantageous.
- A strong sense of people and very good communication skills (ideally, previous experience in personnel management).
- Sound GMP knowledge in the production environment and process documentation.
- Experience in clean room environments and in the handling of highly active substances.
