Main responsibilities
- Personnel and technical responsibility for sample registration (order management) at the Dietikon location
- Ensuring stable and efficient day-to-day business with active cooperation
- Further development and optimization of processes along the entire process chain
- Management and targeted support of employees in their professional and personal development
- Definition, monitoring and analysis of key figures for continuous improvement
- Close cooperation with the laboratory, customer service and other internal stakeholders Requisiti
- Several years of professional experience: in a comparable field Function, ideally with management experience
- Completed vocational training (EFZ): as a laboratory technician, chemical laboratory technician or comparable training.
- Knowledge at the level of a higher technical school is an advantage
