For our pharmaceutical manufacturing company, we are looking for an experienced leader with profound experience in industrial production.
- Leadership and development of a 12 to 15-member team including administrative tasks (conduct of employee meetings, preparation of shift plan, holiday planning, presence and absence control)
- Responsibility for the timely and qualitatively correct GMP-compliant execution of production orders
- Ensuring and controlling compliance with safety, quality, OE and environmental standards
- Close cooperation with neighbouring areas
- Support in various projects as well as in the continuous development of production
To successfully master this role, we are looking for the following qualifications:
- Industrial degree with appropriate training
- At least 5 years of management experience (professional and disciplinary) in industrial production, preferably in the pharmaceutical, food or chemical industry
- Systematic operation (impairment, production, project work)
- Personal responsibility and a high quality awareness
- Very good practical and theoretical understanding of production processes and production facilities
- Strong team skills
- very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. C1)
- Knowledge of MS Office and SAP, TrackWise and PAS-X benefits
