- Together with the shift managers and the team, you ensure a smooth, efficient and quality-compliant operation and ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, safety and regulatory requirements.
- You take over the professional and personnel management of your subordinate employees and ensure a needs-based deployment and shift planning.
Main responsibilities

- Completed medical device technologist training or equivalent qualification
- Further education Specialism II (mandatory)
- Several years of professional experience in the AEMP and experience in a senior or coordinating function
