• Control of renewal of technical installations Your profile: Training:
• Architecture experience in commercial projects
• Basic technical training (construction, industry, mechanics, etc.)
• Business degree (HF, FH, MBA, EMBA, Ing.)
• Degree in Project Management Knowledge and experience
• Management experience in the business environment
• Project experience with focus on real estate and construction
• Theoretical and practical building experience
• In-depth theoretical and practical project management experience and practical experience in project management of medium to large projects (10-15 million CHF construction/real estate projects) Languages English, German fluent (French of advantage) Technical knowledge/software
• CAD Software (ArchiCAD, BIM, AutoCAD)
