Role overview

The Bank’s entire operations are managed by COO Division and are headed up by the Chief Operating Officer.

It strives to provide both in-house and external clients with a first-rate service to ensure our business operates efficiently and at the best possible cost.

The COO division comprises Operations, Finance, Information Management, Human Resources and Logistics.

Main responsibilities

  • Main responsibilities :
  • Operations – Monitoring and Reconciliations
  • Understand the role of the Operations department, and the roles of the different teams within Operations
  • Understand Operations processes and propose process improvements where applicable
  • Participate in coordination tasks of transversal topics / projects within Operations department
  • Help to realise reportings and collect inputs from other teams on regular reportings
  • Understand and support Reconciliation’s activity and investigations Banking Operations Join an Operations team
  • Support the processes of the teams in line with internal procedures and policies
  • Support the cash services and securities services by discovering transfers, treasury operations, stock exchange and settlement activities. Risk management department Join the risk management team
  • Understand the different roles within the risk team

Key requirements

  • Master’s degree in finance or Information Technology obtained recently at a highly recognised university Maximum 12 months’ professional experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to partner with other teams
  • Fluent in French and English; any other language would be a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite especially Excel, programming skills is a plus
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills Team player Others : Swiss Residence
