Are you our new team member who supports us as floor governor:e immediately or by appointment? Your area of activity:
- Daily room control
- Ensuring cleanliness and good appearance throughout the hotel together with the Cluster Gouvernante
- Finding and fulfilling guest needs and wishes
- Securing the work and operations of housekeeping
- Control & support of the housekeeping team during cleaning on the floors
- Room scheduling in cooperation with the Front Office
- Implementation of the basic annual cleaning of the hotel
- Ensuring and implementing the “Sorell Standards”, hygiene and occupational safety guidelines
- Training and management of employees
- Conduct of briefings and debriefings as well as participation in team and cadre meetings
- Participation in the recruitment of new employees Your strengths:
- Basic training as hotel specialist: EFZ or completed hotel school
- 3 years of professional experience in the hotel industry
- First leadership experience desirable
- Good IT knowledge in MS-Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Appropriate oral and written German skills as well as good oral and written English skills
- User experience in PMS such as Protel, Fidelio or Opera
- Detailed and service-oriented
- Ready to learn and resilient
- Hygiene-conscious
